Migrathes update feed

Releases here power Migrathes auto-updates (electron-updater, generic provider).

Feed URL (fixed, always the latest published release): https://forgejo.vtor.io/vidane/migrathes-updates/releases/download/latest

Each release contains: migrathes-setup-X.Y.Z.exe, migrathes-setup-X.Y.Z.exe.blockmap, latest.yml. Publish with: FORGEJO_TOKEN=... node scripts/publish-release.mjs (from the migrathes repo).
