  Self-update fix: double-clicking "Download and install" no longer arms two installer helpers. Two helpers meant two elevated VSIXInstaller runs when SSMS closed and two copies of the extension folder in the extension catalog. Arming is now idempotent - an in-process guard plus an arm marker naming the SSMS process being waited on - and the staged VSIX downloads atomically through a .part file. Nothing outside the update flow changes.
